"Greetings of joy to Humasocri!" It's too loud to be heard by many, at first I think of my father whose calling me, but no. So, I stop in the hallway to listen the voice coming from somewhere inside the school.
"I hereby announce, on behalf of higher officials.
We are glad to welcome the fifty officially enrolled freshmen from different clans of sorcerer, Guide with a spirit to everyone!", applause is now filling the place around after the announcement.
Well, yeah its not a surprise to me. So, I continue walking towards my father. When I'm about to reach the place where father is sitting on a bench.
"Hey! Dad, Your eyes can't keep looking at the balcony, is there something wrong?." But why he did not mind my presence right now.
"Dad is something bad happens?.", I reassured him that nothing hurt is happening on him.
"It's nothing bad that happen, I just remember a memory from the past.", he responds to me.
Oh! I see the reason behind the grief painted from his face right now. At some point, I have never seen that way of his expression before.

Wait, but why I can understand now the spell he's saying?, it says 'take me back to memories of balcony'. "Dad! I can understand you.", I overwhelmingly expressed to him. It's like I cannot express my words at the tip of my tounge, but my face looks really impress.
"Yes, you can, every question in here will answer later when you read the handbooks from all the gifts.", he handed me the pack of bags full of books.
I did not say anything for complaint. Instead, I watch the glowing spirit of memories like a thousand fireflies gather together and flashing back the events happening yesterday as Father control with his hand about the spell.
'I can see the girl, she is beautiful and charming waiting on the balcony for someone and...', I speak up on my mind for being shut by the abrupt announcement.
"Greetings of joy to Humasocri!.", a warmly spoken of introduction. Again? Now I complained which it abruptly interrupt the moment that the spell comes into life but vanish as soon as the announcement.
"Freshmen, I know all of you are roaming around the school with your parents, and soon you will leave your Mother or Father, now say your goodbyes in 5 minutes were heading to your field. Guide with spirit to everyone."
I'm way ready for it, but every second count my memories with dad is flashing back to the days I remembered. My emotion is so heavy right now to leave father for i will miss him.
"Dad, I...", just words, but I cannot hold my tears to fall. So I pause, and smile even it hurts to make a way just to remind him I'm well.
"I want to say thank you for your sacrifice, whatever happen, I do what I promised. And dad, I will forever treat you as still my father even if I accomplish the task, then we go back in Unimenia and live with our real family in there.". I'm so proud to say all those words with courage that even my lip is now shaking, trying to hold back my emotion even it feels so heavy on my chest.

I burst so loud at last and so he can hear it.
When every second, little by little, my dad left like a thousands fireflies with no words, but he leaves a smile as he fades away guided by spirits to bring him back in the human world.
I try to wipe my tears, and I say to myself, 'I promise dad!, I will never frustrate you!'. The clock tower is giving everyone with an alarm at exactly 6 o'clock. What it is supposed to say?
Wait, the ground is shaking, It feels like the place is sinking under. I tighten my grip at the bench in front of me, and I look around the place.
But everyone is making their way out in here, when a firefly alights on my hand. Then, I suddenly twirl and disappear too like everybody in here.
