Chapter 9.2

The duo entered the grandstand and sat. Jun Mey quietly observed the entire procedure and took notes calmly.

"I believe that's the fate of failure. He'll never succeed in any case," an arrogant tone spoke. The voice held a surge of envy. "He will soon pay the consequences of his hubris."

Hearing the voice, Jun Mey deliberately turned her gaze to the person. She maintained calm eyes, her thought hidden from the world.

Before Jun Mey could speak, Nuan Mei jumped, "What exactly do you mean by "useless fate"?" Doing a silly dance and tickling her brows in the provocation, she said: "For a moron who has fallen from grace due to his inability to manage his sexual lunacy, what do you hope to achieve?"

Maintaining a neutral expression, Jun Mey thought, 'How can this person be everywhere?' Although the arrival of Bingwen Deli surprised Jun Mey, she remained calm.

Pointing at the innocent dancing Nuan Mei, Bingwen Deli snorted, "You are the one who fell from grace, not me." "See how I tread on you and this whore when I rise." Bingwen Deli snorted furiously and walked over to an empty seat.

'Rise once more? I have my doubts.' Sitting relaxed, Jun Mey decided, 'This school has a military structure, and all military personnel is considered leaders. I will participate.' Jun Mey felt that everyone was after her for one reason or the other. So she concluded she needed strength to survive and remain relevant.

Chung Kun's shrill tone echoed, "Jin Hai, you are the most sluggish player in this game." Chung Kun looked at a short and chubby player. Although the player's expression seemed fierce, Chung Kun neglected it. He said, "Because you are hooker number 12, I'll take you to the observation bench. I'll put Mr. Chi An to the test to see how well he does."

With his strong voice, the coach unexpectedly interrupted Jun Mey's cognitive process and all attention back to him.

Jin Hai's scowl intensified as he heard the coach's words.

Looking at Chung Kun, Jin Hai thought, 'Is the coach hunting for me?' 'Why must I be the one he replaces?'

Not minding Jin Hai's anger, Chung Kun said, "Chi An, please greet." It was a tradition that any player that's substituting would have to greet the former player, thus the need for greeting.

Chi An approached the player, but instead of hugging him professionally, the player attacked him with his body and went away without saying anything.

Seeing his action, Guotin Donghai thought, 'This person had always been insane. Is he aware of who he's up to?' Although Guotin Donghai hadn't confirmed Chi An identity, he already had a biased judgment due to Huo Jin.

Seeing Jin Hai's action, Chung Kun wasn't necessarily surprised. He said in his shrill tone, "Mr. Chi, there's nothing you can do about it. Nobody will be pleased if others take their status away from them." Pausing and pointing at the back of Jin Hai walking, he said, "You must demonstrate that you are the proper person."

Having finished all preparation, Chong Kun clapped his hands to signal the start of a training session.

The fifteen active team members entered, including Chi An, and another fifteen substitute team members followed, including Jin Hai, who the coach had dismissed from the main squad.

Gritting his teeth, Jin Hai thought, 'Now that that coach has inadvertently eliminated me, I shall reveal the actual color of this new guy.'

Chi An's squad, Team A, brought the ball to the kickoff point immediately after the referee blew the whistle. Hearing the whistle, both teams got ready and moved to push the ball.

Team A had a more aggressive team attempting to score a try. They initially refused to deliver the ball to Chi An, but Huo Jin foiled their plan and handed it to him, trying to test his overall skills. It wasn't because he was helping him.

Chi An's eyes flashed faintly sanguine behind his helmet. He went quickly but not at breakneck speed. He did this to avoid suspicion. Guotin Donghai and Huo Jin, on the other hand, kept a close eye on him.

Seeing their motive, Chi An snorted, thinking, 'So you're keeping an eye on me.' He recalled that his wolf was enraged as most rugby players greeted him. The ruthless wolf wasn't merely fond of those people's scents because they were hunters.

Jin Hai ran to Chi An just as he was holding the ball. He smirked wickedly, knowing that only a few individuals could survive his body charge. Chi An, however, surprised him by throwing his left foot forward and controlling his body to charge him like a weightless mass.
