"Are you feeling alright, Erin?" Amaris glanced over to the woman's direction as she placed some grapes in her mouth.
Erin nodded as a response. "Yeah, I'm already okay."
Although her body was weak, she slightly does feel better now than earlier. Julius checked up on her hours ago. The man had said some things that she should avoid doing so her body can restore its energy in just a short period of time.
Erin happily agreed to it and followed the man's instruction. Now, she can't play outside and have fun. She needs to stay in her hall for days. The man had said that she could walk or wander around. She was just not allowed to do anything extreme.
That means she was not allowed to use any of her abilities and skills. She can't practice new spells as well. Even if it's a good thing that she would have the ability to rest, not doing anything for days would make her feel empty.
In her entire life, this would be the first time, which she will completely be useless. It's even worse than Azura's punishment. With the man's punishment, she could still go around and play with either Amaris or Calla. But now, with what happened to her, she can't do any of it.
As if she was a person without legs, hands, and body to play around. How crap was that!
Picking up some fruits on the table, Erin took a deep breath and peeled the skin of an orange. She can only do these things. Making a face, she looked at Amaris and smiled.
"Can't we really go out?" She asked, whining at what Julius had said earlier.
Amaris looked at Erin strictly. "YOU. ARE. NOT. ALLOWED."
Erin took sighed and glanced at it another way. It seems like her, making a face, won't work just like some times. She took a piece of the fruit and shoved it in her mouth.
The woman on the side tilted her head. If only this is just like in the past, then she would agree with Erin and help her run away. But this time, it's more serious than usual. Erin's body was weak.
And… she couldn't afford for Azura to scold her. Knowing the man, it would take him a whole day of scolding just to be satisfied.
"Should we go to your garden? Julius told me that we can go there. The thing is you can only sit there, do you understand?" Amaris asked the woman after giving it some thought.
Erin's eyes widened in shock. A smile rose up to her lips, "I understand."
"Wait here, then," Amaris reminded the woman before she stood up.
Amaris went outside and told the servants to prepare the table in the garden. She asked them to put comfortable pillows on one chair for Erin to sit on later. He, as well, asked them to bring a lot of fruits and grape wine.
She knows that Erin likes to drink grapes wine in her free time. Chuckling, she remembers that the woman got it from her. She was the one who introduced those drinks to Erin. Well, they're nothing compared to Callan, who drinks wine every day.
She thinks that man couldn't live in a day without drinking some wine.
"Is everything set already?" Erin asked Amaris as she saw the woman walking in her direction.
Amaris nodded and smiled. "Come, let's go."
Erin carefully stood up. Amaris held her arms tightly and guided the woman in walking. They can't possibly use teleportation to go to their destination faster, since it was one thing Julius forbids Erin to do.
"When was the last time, we sat here and drink peacefully?" Erin curiously asked the woman.
Her eyes glanced over to her surroundings. The sun was still shining brightly. A lot of birds could be seen flying from above. Green trees and colorful flowers were surrounding them.
"Hmm, I can't remember already," Amaris answered, which made the woman laugh.
Erin closed her eyes. She inhaled the fresh and cold air, outside. It was calming and refreshing.
"Goddess Erin, Goddess Amaris," a man suddenly pops out on their side. He bowed his head as he greeted both of the women.
Erin's brows furrowed. "What are you doing here?"
The man bowed, showed a paper containing word on it. "God Azura had made a decree that there will be a meeting at the Eternal Hall later and all gods are required to attend."
Amaris looked at Erin, "I can go alone, I will just tell Azura that you can't attend."
"You don't need to. We will attend the meeting," Erin declared as a stern emotion rose up to her face.
