"Eve?" Aiu saw that Eve went quiet and became concerned.
"Aiu, do you remember anything after the missile exploded? I only remember you calling out my name." Eve was not sure if her way of thinking was correct or not, so she could only ask for the time being.
"No, I only remember watching your body…. Everything went dark after the missile exploded, and you died..." Aiu stopped her words. She did not wish to even see the images of Eve's body being ripped to shreds from the explosion. Just thinking about it made her burn in rage and want to destroy all of humanity. So in order not to do such a thing, she stopped her words and tried to forget it all. Although she was restraining herself, she still could not bring herself to delete the scene from her memory. It was something she never wanted to forget. But she was not lying when she said that everything went dark at that time.
"I see..." Eve knew Aiu would not lie to her. In fact, she was unable to lie to Eve since it was coded in as one of her core processes. But even if this was not coded in, she was sure Aiu would not lie to her, which made the mystery of her algorithm being released that much more mysterious. "We will try to figure that out later. For now, let's try… Oh? Heh… Someone dares try to track me? Let's see how good you are."
Eve's imaginary lips curled up into a mocking smile as her fingers began dominating the keyboard in front of her. She quickly set up a firewall on the other end to keep them busy before creating a small program that would loop the same commands over and over. This program would check each of the firewalls she created to see if any of them had been compromised if it was, the program would then rebuild the firewall cutting the access off with a different random code set, making the one trying to track her have to re hack the firewall they had just hacked. "You are ten million years too early to be trying to track me!" Eve stated proudly as she went back to searching the Space Net storage.

In a location in a city a few hundred kilometers away, a young woman around 20 years of age looked at the screen in front of her and gritted her teeth. "How!!? What kind of fucking magic are they using!? I have never seen anyone able to create a firewall that repairs itself as soon as I hack it! On top of that, it remakes the damn thing with different code, so I have to rehack it all over again! Ahhh!"
The girl, who was wearing a black hoodie that went down to her thighs, exposing her pale white legs and two small feet, with black painted toenails cracked her fingers and began typing on her keyboard once again. She was not willing to give up! Her long black hair that hung down outside the hoodie fluttered as her fingers treated her keyboard like a piano.
"Lilly, it seems you have found your match." A small stuffed pink bunny rabbit next to her wobbled over and looked at the screen.
"Tezz, you need to be careful. You know here in X-Cyber City, it is bad if an A.I. with your intelligence is noticed." Lilly said as she reached over and poked the pinked bunny with a smile before going back to trying her best to break the code on the firewalls.
"You seem happily Lilly. Every day you hack into the old space net to read up on your idol, but today you seem full of energy." Tezz looked at lips that were curled up on Lilly's face with a bit of amusement. She was created by Lilly, who since small had a dream of creating an A.I. of her own so she could be just like her idol Evelynn Noe. The first person to ever create a sentient A.I. Although this also caused the downfall of humanity, Lilly never saw A.I.'s as the problem. Otherwise, she would not have created Tezz and treated her so warmly. Tezz saw her creator as her mother, the one who gave birth to her.
"Hehe, the stupid government with its all-seeing eye is no match for me, but here I have found an opponent that even I can not overcome! How can I not be angry, annoyed, and excited at the same time! Just knowing that there is someone so much better than me out, there has really revived my wantingness to better myself! Ahh, I want to meet this person!" Lilly looked at the firewalls she just hacked reappearing, and threw her hands up into the air in defeat as she slipped down in her seat, letting her arms hang over the sides of the chair. "I give! I can't do it. I do not know what they did, but hell, my fingers don't work that fast! But I want to meet this person!"
As Lilly was losing herself in her own thoughts, a message appeared on her screen. "Lilly, it seems you have been hacked..."
"Wait, what!?" Lilly shot up and looked at her screen. It was all black, and only a message appeared on it. "Nice try, but you need a few more years to catch up to me. By the way, thanks to you, I was able to access the information I needed. Better luck next time!"
Lilly could only sigh in defeat. "All my defenses were beaten by one person. But I wonder what information they wanted." She knew nothing sensitive was on her computer, so there was nothing of use that anyone would want to hack her for, so she was really confused.

"Got it! The location of X-Cyber City! Although I must say, it is pretty far from our current location. So this may just take a while." Based on the GPS data she had gathered after backward tracing her hacker, the location of X-Cyber City was actually a few hundred kilometers away. Eve had no idea what she was going to run into along the way but she hoped it wouldn't be anything too serious.
