Thirty minutes later, Xiao Mei Zhi felt her brain was about to explode as she tried to move. "Damn, this woman is heavier than I thought."
"Why did I agree for you to take her?"
"Because you can not say no to me?"
"Then stop complaining about how heavy she is, Seven."
"Right. It is my responsibility, as of this time."
The beeping machines' pitch for scanning the traveling bags went aimlessly in Xiao Mei Zhi's ears, but it did not open her eyes.
"Do you think we should wake her up?"
"No. Let her wake up on her own. Moreover, she will have a severe headache, and it is because of how you held her up like a sack of rice."
Beat mumbled his last words to Seven because he suddenly paused as a rotten smell lingered in his nose. "We must go to our circle that we planted here. She will be safe there." He continued to listen and adjust his senses to the surrounding.
Seven smirked confidently, "They are not that strong to kill us both."
"For once, listen. We are not doing it for ourselves, and we are doing it because of her." Beat pointed to the half-awake Xiao Mei Zhi, held in Seven's arm.
"Right. I forgot to mention my responsibility. But do not also forget that you cause this to happen." Seven reminded.
Beat walked farther into the area, "I have gotten to the point that you must decide whether you keep talking and put that female human in danger or go now before it is too late?" He said.
Without words coming from Seven's mouth, Beat nodded as they looked at the environment in the pathway towards the second door of the airport. Since they knew that mortals could be easily controlled by lies, Seven and Beat were not an exception when planning dramatic events.
"Hey, do you mind if I bring my tired sister like a puppy in my arms?" Seven asked adequately at the airport security.
"You may not proceed unless she wakes up," Seven can not wake Xiao Mei Zhi up, or she will create a mess. So, he glanced at Beat--you could not tell if they were angry at each other--they were talking about their plan using telepathy. It was enough for them to be blood-related, even just zero point five percent.
And in an instant, Beat looked up at Seven in the eye and gave him the finger. "You are blocking everyone's way here, man; move!" The second security guard roaming to check out the other passengers took a few steps towards Seven while laughter came from the other passengers that got passed through the scanning machines.
"You are not allowed to stand in the middle, young man."
Seven was about to step aside until anger flashed through Beat's eyes. He throws a punch. However, it did not hit Seven's face. "Security, I do not want this young man to keep blocking the way. You can interrogate him in the corner inside." Beat remained his fist as steady as he could since his knuckles were just three inches away from Seven's nose bridge.
"We will take your advice, sir." Their problem did not escalate, and it has been easily solved.
Beat grabbed the scanned bags and must obey some human rules to have a minor problem. While Seven was dealing with the interview from the securities.
It took ten more minutes before Seven convinced the security with many rules and regulations coming out of its mouth. Finally, he agreed to pay for breaking a minor law. Since it was for everyone's safety in the airport, they must know who entered the area.
"She is a handful even asleep," Seven sighed as he stood beside Beat.
"Seriously, where did you go in the hunting and training time? You must be enthusiastic and act fast. Like right now, go now to the circle. Dang, it!"
Seven ran while ensuring Xiao Mei Zhi would not fall from his arms. His eyes slightly widened at the sight of the upcoming enemies. He cannot even say 'Be careful' to his team, friend, Beat.
And when Beat finally saw an illusioned enslaved person coming at him. He held his gaze at the vampires wearing robes, refusing to look away.
Once Seven got into the circle, the passengers lounging area, he gently placed Xiao Mei Zhi's head on a vacant seat first, and then the rest of her body followed. She was shaking a little, and her body was in a fetal sleeping position. He wiped the sweats on her forehead with the back of his hand, smearing the rest of the remaining endeavors away. "Mortals like you have a choice," He said while looking at Xiao Mei Zhi, who was listening. Since she was having an on and off takes in her slumber.
And so Seven stood up, blending with the mortals, breathing, with his strong scent of unique mortal blood, hoping that there would be no enslaved people coming his way. The circle only protects the ignorant mortals but not the werewolves. Mortals hurried along, laughing, shouting, talking, and content, unaware that standing among them was an animal--a werewolf. He had seen the eyes of deadly vampires that are a threat to their kind, and coming to Tianjin adds up another problem instead of keeping their future Alpha safe.
Meanwhile, it took no effort on Beats' side to quickly fight five enslaved people and their rotten smell of hell--a blend of uncleaned trashbin for a whole year. He sensed that very well. Two enslaved people were dashing on both sides, and the three were standing in their blind spots. It was well planned for the enslaved people, but he knows they were easy to deal with.
Actually, no. It was not that easy when humans saw him fighting. They have limits on using their powers to remove memories. He did try to wait until the crowd had thinned, but then it starts to get thicker and thicker. It was those busy hours.
