As Seven and Beat continue waiting for Xiao Mei Zhi to wake up, they were also trying to locate the smell of their missing future Alpha. Most of the people that passed could not tell if they were searching for a lost pen on the ground or sniffing the floor--nothing much to watch but probably you would feel weird just by looking at people that act like canines--the fact that Seven and Beat are real werewolves.
"I do not think he is here at all."
"Are you guessing or is that finally a real answer?"
"I am not guessing as if this time. Seriously Beat, I do not think he is here." Seven said while lowering his tone before realizing that something felt wrong in the area where he was standing, "Shit, Beat there is a witch here." Sevens' feet slowly went numb inside his pair of slip-on shoes, which compressed unpleasantly with every step he made across the several routes in the lounge that was still near Xiao Mei Zhi. Even if Beat did hear Seven, he ignored his discomfort about the witch and he let his hands slip into the front pockets of his pants, feeling anxious.
Beat observed again, the surrounding -- the same senses he employed at the coffee shop where they met Xiao Mei Zhi. If there was any chance of avoiding danger then they would just have to enjoy the time in Tianjin bars, probably an option that can be worth it.
"I think dogs like you are lost in this airport," Beside Beat was a random young girl, grimly looking straight through his eyes. It was the witch. Her angular face matched flawlessly with her black hair that making her look like a sixteen to twenty years old in the first glimpse. Though pushing that thought would not do anything in the situation he was in. Her eyes were shooting swords as she tried to speak, "Wish you could have protected him. I am on the good side," Beat felt alleviated after hearing what the witch told him. And it seems that she was also stating about their Future Alpha.
Seven shot a looked at Beat as he walked back to his previous standpoint, "We both know that we have to find him and I think he is being chased by annoying vampires that are residing in some alleys in Tianjin, that is only my hunch."
"And what about her?" The witch asked innocently while studying Xiao Mei Zhi by just tracing the lines on her palm which got Seven alerted.
"Since when did you move there?" Seven asked and was waiting for a response from the witch but the witch looked at Xiao Mei Zhi's face with considerable concern.
"Listen, one must find a place to make her understand that she is in danger. And one must sacrifice to give up their understanding and accept the cruelty of fate. Only then both of them can be happy."
"What does that mean?" Beat whispered and so did Seven.
Xiao Mei Zhi, who had completely woked up suddenly, panicked, and she glanced directly at Seven, who was standing next to Beat with a hint of a problem visible in their faces, with a minor suspicion. And her eyes were also playing tricks, she saw a young girl vanishes from the crowd behind the two males that she was with.
"Where did you both take me?" Xiao Mei Zhi looked around from the left then right, then behind. Crowded place, with a lot of chairs, and noisy airplanes landing and flying away. She realized that she was at the airport.
"I knew, that both of you already know the way here." Xiao Mei Zhi said with a flicker of unhappiness passing over the bottom of her eyes as she told them, without calming down.
"No, it is not like that at all!" Seven denied, "We needed you. We do not know the way back to the airport, but we can remember some objects that can take us back here, however, we need to bring somebody who knows Tianjin places better. " Beat clipped his lips and turned around in the opposite direction and smiled privately after listening to Seven's explanation, and it could be seen that he was an outstanding liar.
"Take me back to the shop,"
"So that is what you are worried about, huh?" Seven asked with a little smile forming on his lips after speaking.
"This is not okay. You both knocked me out in the shop." Xiao Mei Zhi explained the only memory she recalled and Beat sighed as he listens to her.
He turned around and calmly speaks at Xiao Mei Zhi-- he was trying hard to be gentle with his words. "It is okay. We will take you back,"
Xiao Mei Zhi said with comfort, "That is good," she looked around again at the crowd and attempted to stand up but then she bumped into someone who has hard, rock-like muscles hidden under a dark blue, long sleeve, polo shirt. She did not intend to hit a person so meeting with a stranger's eyes would make them feel respected and she will be forgiven but when she performed it, she was in shock.
Seven called her name, but she was not just there on the earth. Her soul was somewhere, floating, not even a thought of the crowd can bring her back.
"Miss, are you alright? Please do tell me, if something is wrong. I will pay for my recklessness."
As Xiao Mei Zhi continue to freeze, Seven turned around to Beat and asked him something similar to a disrespectful joke, "What if, I mean just what if, she won't accept us? Or him?"
Without hesitation, their future Alpha added words to say but not directing to Xiao Mei Zhi, it was meant for Seven to hear. "If I am really angry right now, I will go throw both of you on the river if there is one here."
Xiao Mei Zhi remembered seeing two beautiful pairs of wolf eyes as she tried to compose herself back into reality. With her body gradually trembling.
