Lucas walked into the restricted area of a high technology work station. It was a one of a kind space meant for a single person.
Since he wasn't big on letting her interact with others, he made this space specifically for her.
Hence, the only way she could communicate with others was over the radios.
Whenever a technical issue occurs, she would receive a written report and fix the problems overnight.
The arrangement worked well for both of them. Initially, Thea hated it. However, she found it advantageous at some point.
Being alone enabled her to fool around without others dictating her actions. Currently, she is having fun with her coding and encryption.
The smile on her lips was fixed and her tears have yet to dry. Reminiscing about her past wasn't a very good idea but she couldn't run from it.
It was her reality after all. At some point, she had to learn to accept it and grow past it.
