Hello there fellow artist and writer
Thank you for your wishes for my writing contest I hope I at least get acknowledged if not win for the book I have crammed through a whole morning. I am also planning on going back into the contest next year and the year after that depending on my mood.
I also like to express myself and creative means as well to help lower my anger and lower my anxiety as well. As you may know I have post-traumatic stress disorder in ADHD and autism. So I have a little bit of a problem with my emotions that time time so I do creative things to help with my emotions. I also do a lot of journalling now a sense of flying gave me a journalling book.
Tonight we're having chicken parmesan which is going to be delicious. I'm hoping that I'll be able to wake up not hungry tomorrow because I have had two terrible meals in a row in this one smells good.
