"Mother..." Vico immediately stood up and let Vincent squirm on the bed while unbuttoning his shirt.
"Vico, tell Mom! What have you two been doing behind My back! And why did Vincent get so drunk?" Valen asked again after she stood beside Vincent's bed.
Vico trembled to see his mother's expression, he was really afraid to see his mother angry. Because he was once punished by being locked up in a dungeon just because he killed one of his servants by accident.
Valen approached slowly towards Vico who was now looking down with a trembling body.
"Vico... Don't you know that Mother really hates lies?" Valen said while lifting Vico's chin using her index finger.
Vico looked intently into his mother's eyes, he realized that it was impossible for him to lie because his mother knew him very well. He's not as good as Vincent at hiding lies.
