Chapter 7
Sabby POV
I didn't know whether it was my two legs or my car I used but I found myself at the front of my apartment. I was burning with anger would be an understatement. Today was just a bad day for me, the day I would never forget. I knocked on the door after saying my adzkar and entered, the warmth of my apartment with the smell of brewed coffee greeted me but I wasn't in the mood. I saw amber on the couch sipping her coffee latte, I walked past her, going to my room without paying her attention. I needed some time alone, silence from human interactions. Amboo trailed behind trying to know what put me down or what had happened to me but I was grateful she didn't ask because I'll burst out tears of humiliation I'd been keeping in. I knew my legs were muddy because of the rain and my clothes were drenched, the drop of waters were trailing after me as I walked.
