"What you want is not a way out of here Alpha," he said and started to walk away from the water. "What you seek are answers," he added.
I usually never let people know what I'm thinking through my facial expressions, but I couldn't help the frown that made it up to my face after listening to what he said.
I was confused as to why he would say so, but after much deliberation, I realized he was partially right.
I actually wanted to leave right away to get answers about the whole thing going on.
I wanted to know if the fact that I could shape shift has anything to do with the accident of three years ago or if these people here are really the ones who made me into something I never was.
"You'll get to understand everything after the correlation between you and the luna," he said after a while and that earned him a glare from me.
