Gandrel takes a step forward seeing the confused face of Zyla. To humans, concern is a natural thing and it's good to have concern, but to the Mystic wolves and Foxes... They never have concern towards each other because they believe it never existed before their ancestors committed such atrocity that is now leading to the curse they are under.
