Karla spent the entire night searching for her younger sister along with Dritan, who wouldn't leave her side for a minute. The duo were able to cover the entire area, searching relentlessly, but they were short of luck.
The entire situation was bullshit, it was just too much on Karla to bear and she ended up almost losing consciousness.
"You can go back, I'll continue to search for her." Dritan assured Karla, just noticing how worn out she seemed. Worse of all, his vision zoned on her burnt palms.
"She is my family, I can't afford to take a break. It was my fault she wandered off, so it's my responsibility to find one of my own." She retorted, tightening her fist.
Karla jogged further in her skirt, with hopes to ask around and get some information. Dritan watched her set off, and only one thought could come to mind.
