Karla stomped into her mother's bedroom, crossing her arms across her chest. The door slammed hard causing Adelina to let go of the apple she had in her grasp.
The apple rolled over to Karla's feet and stayed there. The woman kicked it away and Strutted over to Adelina, frustrated with her lack of understanding.
"That fruit is expensive." Adelina's eyes were trained on Karla strictly, if anyone randomly just walked inside they would definitely not guess that the woman was blind. At least not on first glance anyways.
"I've made my decision on our next move." She announced, resting against the wardrobe in the room. "We're leaving, taking help from sickos makes us more of them." She let out, letting her conversation with Mr Grey get into her head.
"Is that your final decision?." Her mother asked, carefully sauntering over to the window, resting both hands on the window panes.
