The repugnant scent of air freshener erupted a distasteful moan from Cora's mouth. She scrunched her nose, and clenched her eyelids, keeping her eyes shut.
Her palms roughly grazed against the cold floor, uncomfortable and in pain. She could feel her chest pushing out, and her legs experiencing muscles cramps. Resulting from being in a particular position for too long.
She slowly flickered her eyelids open, her breathing had returned back to it's original pace. Her surroundings were darker than she remembered, her eyes blinked twice, taking in the area.
"Where am I?." She voiced out, the sudden urge to drink some liquid overwhelmed her. She suddenly couldn't feel her arms, wriggling out of the ropes were futile.
