Chapter 14 - A Lonely FLower Meets The Film Staff

It had been a few days since we confronted my sister and Draken's manager.

I was really contacted by Celebrities' Life Beyond the Camera. After that my sister gave me my phone and started feeding me more. I immediately started defending my fans and responding to all their dms as I promised.

There were around 100 people that I could say stayed truly loyal to me and I wrote down their usernames and names if they were available. I also attached a picture of them if that was available.

Because I could go online I could see that Draken's fans from the livestream were actually defending me. It created a shift in opinion and people began to question the rumours. Most didn't believe that though. They began calling those who began thinking about it fake fans. Out of fear, they stopped voicing their opinions and the fans from the livestream were labelled fake fans.

More importantly, that day was meeting with the film staff. I wore a simple yellow dress with white accessories, shoes and a sun hat.

And for the first time in a long while I was early. I defended my fans online while I waited.

Everyone arrived at the same time shortly after.

"Good Morning," I greeted once I realized.

They greeted me as well.

Then they set up a camera.

"Just so we are clear we will be recording this meeting. We're just getting to know each other and clearing up some things."

I nodded, "Alright."

"How about our celebrities start?"

I looked to Draken.

"Ladies first," He smiled at me.

"Hi, I am Rose Fleur. I am 15 and I am sure most of you know who I am." I said indifferently to the camera.

"Draken Collins, also 15. Same, y'all know me, right?" He winked at the camera.

"I'm Allen and I'm the director. I'm in charge of filming."

"I'm Simon, I'm an assistant. If you need help with anything contact me."

"The others here are just cameramen," Allen explained.

"Since this is a reality show there are no scripts. You just do whatever you normally would. We do have a filming house you will have to stay at. Cameras are in every room except the two master bedrooms and bathrooms."

"Okay, "

"We will also be filming some of your daily routines."

"Alright."

They went through some rules and asked if there was anything we wanted to be taken out of filming.

Then they drove us to the filming house and continued filming. They filmed Allen giving us a tour.

"So it would be best if you move in as soon as possible," Allen commented.

"Okay," Draken replied.

"If there is anything you need help with just ask," Simon added.

"I'll move in right now then," I replied.

"What?" Simon was confused.

"Rose... You'll be staying here for a while it would be best if you carry your things from home." Draken informed.

"I'll just buy new stuff," I replied. 'It's not like I have anything with good memories there anymore. Hope threw out everything she thought was a distraction and everything else is replaceable or holds bad memories.'

"Oh," Simon's reaction was off. It seemed like he misunderstood me and saw me as a spoiled girl saying she doesn't need to move in as she can just buy new things instead. Although that is what I said... I didn't mean it like that!

"What about your guitar and piano?" Draken asked.

You see, I have two precious gifts I received from my parents when I was young. I cherished them so much that I would talk forever about them in interviews when I was younger.

But those words triggered a forgotten memory.

...

"Big sister, why is the music room locked. I want to play the piano." I was around nine years old then.

"Tell me what happened during the accident."

"..." I jumped. I was so surprised Hope would bring up that again, 'Why does she want to know so bad? I... don't want to talk about it.' I looked at the door then turned away dejectedly, "Nevermind, sister. I'll just practice singing."

"Rose!" Hope grabbed me harshly and forced me to face her. I was scared. I had never seen my sister make such a scary face.

"You will never touch them again! That room is staying sealed until you tell me what happened!" She threatened.

"But mom and dad gave them to me?" Aside from my sister's scary face and voice, losing the gifts my parents left me before their passing was absolutely crushing to my 8-year-old mind. It had only been six months since she was aware of their deaths and three months after their funeral. I wanted to cry but my tears would not come.

Hope laughed maniacally, scaring me even more.

"Big sister?" She seemed like a different person so I began to question her identity.

"Do you think that means anything? The law would disagree. As your older sister, I am the one with authority, I have say. And I say you are not worthy of what they left for you. However, I'll reconsider if you tell me the truth." She smiled beautifully. It was her usual smile but for some reason, it frightened me at that moment.

...

A year later on our parents' death anniversary, I wrote a song for them. Hope discovered in and was furious. She burned to only the lyrics and music sheets I wrote but also my beloved guitar that my father gifted me on my sixth birthday.

She dragged me outside and forced me to watch their slow transformation to ash, as the dancing flames devoured my cherished belongings. I spent that day wailing. I eventually lost consciousness due to exhaustion. I slept outside next to the pile of ash.

Hope said she did not move me because she realized the gravity of what she had done. She said she regretted it greatly and left me there to mourn. She claimed that she believed I would come inside when I was ready.

She then proceeded to beg for my forgiveness, and like the child I was, I forgave and confronted her. I believed her every word.

However, after that day, she still threatened a multitude of times to do the same to my piano which I received on my fourth birthday.

"Rose?" Draken's voice brought me back to reality.

"I don't have permission," I muttered.

"What?" He seemed confused.

"It's nothing. I'll get new stuff don't worry about me," I tried my best to smile.

Draken still had a worried expression but did not voice his thoughts.

I moved in successfully and the show went smoothly for the rest of the week.

The film staff seemed a bit disappointed as they lacked interesting content and were getting more of the same routine every day. For celebrities, our lives were too ordinary.

Well, that was the case. Draken had a competition coming up. It was the Popstar Modelling Competition.

A competition that only had popstars and is supposed to be done in pairs. The judges assign a theme and each pair models their interpretation of that theme. A week is used to vote for the best performance online on the competition's website and the results are announced two in the afternoon, live on the last day of the week. The winning pair will be awarded one million dollars and a trophy, each.

Draken would be starting preparations for this competition a week in advance.

As my reputation was at rock bottom I did not have much to do and decided I would assist him.

The film staff were all excited to finally have something different to film and hoped for juicy content.
