As Austin reached his brothers, their Vileplumes then gestured for him to pick one, with Ansel's Vileplume being the more emotional one, she patted him and seem to be saying 'please take care of them' in which Austin patted her arms back. He also took this chance to see their status.

Now this is really their children, thought Austin with excitement, he pretends to think it over beforehi heading towards the egg with dark blue potential.

"Alright" "Pluume~" The twins and their respective Vileplumes said simultaneously.
"They all should be ready to hatch this evening" Samael said, then proceeded to put some stones around the remaining three eggs. Seeing Austin's questioning gaze directed towards what Samael is doing, Ansel explained "Those are everstone, they can stop a Pokemon from evolving and also put pokemon eggs in a state of hibernation" with this, Austin nodded then asked a question that has been bugging him after Ansel's explanation "But why put them in hibernation?" Ansel chuckles at this.
"You're a balance type like me right?" to which Austin answered with a nod. "Then whether you like it or not, you will have to build your own breeding facility as it is part of your tests too, We are after all one of the main supplier of pokemons with great potential, throughout Johto, the other main supplier is the Joy Clan that is a Neutral Clan that have various stations around the world. Other than these two, the remaining ones are minor suppliers." "Oh" Austin answered with a blank look.
Samael then said with a laugh "Hahaha, you don't have to worry too much Austin. You have a week off before you can train your Oddish as he will be just a hatchling, and this first month after the Ceremony, the balance and support type are to spent hours upon hours of self learning, as in April the Yearly Test to be a Certified Research Student will commence, after that month you can then go on and collect marks. On your way, you won't have a restriction on how many Pokemon you may have as you will need those pokemon for the facility you will make, but before building that facility, you need to pass the test to be a Certified Breeder first in August, you can also choose to climb higher and be a professional like what Ansel did to not waste your time, I know you can do it, just be sure to be better than Ansel" Samael said with a teasing wink to which Ansel rolled his eyes to. Samael then proceeds to say "Ansel here made a Huge Ass Greenhouse for a breeding facility outside the Village, just to gloat on the fact that he was the best breeder that year, you will see it once you head out. You should instead think about on how to divide you time, in studying and training you pokemon." Samael said, ignoring the fact that Ansel is giving him an intense glare for spilling information about his dark history in his younger years, towards their younger brother no less!
"These other three will also be given to you after you build your facility, it is also what my Vileplume wants, that's why we are putting them into hibernation" "Plume!" Ansel said to calm himself down and not to outright punch his twin in the face in front of Austin.
Austin nodded bitter at the fact that he has to study yet again when in fact in the last life, he was the one making people study instead (ಥ‿ಥ) karma hits hard, but then when he remembers that a system will 'assist' him in this aspect, he brightened up immediately. He then proceeds to ask his brothers some of the questions he had the moment he saw some of the information the status screen showed him.
"Brother, can a pokemon's potential be upgraded?"
"Yes, you can either get a pokemon of the same species that is stronger than the one you have, to get them to help you, while you can also increase a potential naturally via evolution and levelling up. You can also get them to absorb supplements of their corresponding elements" Ansel said patiently.

"Speaking of potential, since Ansel's Vileplume have already nurtured them, mine will help you increase their potential!" Samael said with a smug grin and his Vileplume nodding his head. To this Austin's eyes sparkled.
Samael then took the incubator containing all four eggs, his Vileplume then proceeds to put his poisonous pollen after pollen. The eggs then began glowing.
"Just leave em to my Vileplume and their poison and potential may become as powerful... and maybe as stinky as my Vileplume" said Samael with amusement dancing on his face.
"We can only help you this far, advising you is alright too but we are not allowed to give you anything more than what we were required to give, you are tasked to get all the materials you need on your own to increase your pokémons potential and power, you can get your starting money after passing the Research Student Test but the amount will depend on your rank, after all of this, all the results and efforts will be on you." Ansel said with a stoic face.
Austin nodded in understanding, after all he can't have everything be serve in a silver platter in front of him, that would be meaningless in this era that is currently in a world war. Experience is the most valuable thing here.
Ansel then led Austin towards the family's private library and then gave the ID pass towards the second floor of the public library explaining why and advising what book he should focus and read, while Samael is left to look after the eggs.
The whole day was spent like that and it continue till evening.
After dinner you can see Austin staring at the egg in front of him with his brothers and their respective Vileplumes observing in the distance. A few minutes later he heard a sound.
