Pyrrha woke Alabast up. " The bathroom is open. We have an hour before our class starts"
"Thank you Amber….actually…..I think Ember sounds better"
"Yeah… I guess it does"
Alabast is now sitting up and looks up into Pyrrha's face for a second. She goes over to her bed and gets her things ready for the class.
Alabast nods to Ren as Nora is talking his ear off.
He goes and showers, dries his hair and puts on the school uniform. He exits the bathroom and talks with the others about how yesterday went.
Nora then remembered about a video of Alabast and Weiss that is going around the school.
"Are you ok Ashy? It must have been tough having to deal with so many annoying people! But good job saving Weiss! You looked so manly! It looks like a scene out of a romance movie!"
"Nora!" Ren tries to get her to be a little more sensitive but is unsuccessful. Pyrrha has a small smile on her face. She had to admit Alabast really did look cool saving Weiss, but she was also kinda jealous of Weiss. But she's happy nobody got hurt, even if there are some nasty rumors. Glynda released what actually happened but people like to gossip and it'll take some time to blow over.
"Me and Weiss are alright" he scratches behind his ear and continues. "I guess it sort of does look like a movies scene..."
Nora squealed in excitement and hugged Ren. Then she looked at Pyrrha and said "You have competition" with her eyes. Causing Pyrrha to blush a bit.
"Anyway, I'll tell everybody about my scars after we get through class today. It's not combat class today so it's probably going to be boring today as well" Alabast tried to change the topic.
"It wasn't so bad yesterday. Professor Ports class wasn't….that….bad…" Pyrrha tried to defend the professor but slowly couldn't keep lying to herself and the others.
"Only three hours" Ren commented.
"But it's so boring!" Nora complained.
When the time came they left to class early so they didn't have to make a mad dash across campus to be on time. And arrived with some time to spare. Class was boring, but the professor made it a little interesting. He also seemed to have a few screws loose….or missing entirely.
The class ended and team RWBY and team ANVL went to get lunch and then out to a train infield outside. They had planned to train together since it would be more 'fun' as Ruby put it.
So the teams get into their combat uniforms and head to the fields. They don't go to the ones everybody knows about, there is one that is less known and quieter. Ruby found it the prior day.
After they got there Alabast quickly explained about his scars. When he got them and where he got them. He didn't explain about his torture just that he received them. Blake seemed to have thought of something but didn't comment on it. He also showed them his chest and back by lifting his shirt up halfway. They were shocked someone could do such a thing to a 6 year old. They didn't ask him if he's alright. In fact, they just gave him a hug. Ren put a hand on his shoulder instead of hugging him and so did Blake, but she looked awkward and distracted.
After that Nora showed everyone the picture she took of Alabast and Pyrrha. Ruby and Yang were gossiping and congratulating Pyrrha. Alabast tried to explain that nothing romantic happened or will happen. But was just ignored. Weiss talked about indecent relationships or something and Blake seemed worse than her previous state. Ren and Nora were smiling while they watched. Pyrrha was blushing and also trying to explain nothing happened, but messed up saying yet.
They didn't really get any training in that day.
