Michael's P.O.V.
It's been a day since I've been stuck in this log cabin when I woke up on a soft bed. The last thing that I could remember was talking to Paine and meeting a very tall lady he called grandmother. Going downstairs I saw another meal was prepared and placed on the small dining table. Feeling my stomach growl, I sat on the chair taking a spoonful of bacon and rice in my mouth. Chewing and swallowing fast, coughing when it got stuck in my throat.
I was feeling hungry as I did not eat anything that was served yesterday in this strange place. I woke up with a burning sensation in my eyes. Falling out of the bed, I struggled to get inside the bathroom to wash my face thinking maybe it will ease the pain. The burning sensation died down after I let the water flow directly on my opened eyes, rubbing them and taking a towel from the rack to wipe my face dry.
