A few days later, the eldest brother along with Paine and Jaime visited the palace of the man-eaters to have an audience with the matriarch. The brothers have decided that it would be better to talk with the grandmother to keep all of the information that she has about Violet a secret.
"Do you think she'll agree to our request?", Jaime asked the two brothers as they neared the old stone keep where the matriarch resides, seeing as they now pass the moat, the car entering through the newly renovated cement bridge.
