She had flown in at a speed beyond anything I had seen doing a flip to recover and land on her feet before turning to me and quickly saying "I don't have much time to explain the amount of crap that just hit the fan but long story short – That guy messed up big time and you're not supposed to be here yet. We're sending you back – bye." I suddenly felt myself being ripped back and falling through darkness before I landed somewhere and felt a heavy, cold pressure surrounding my body.
At that moment, I smelled a fragrance so tantalizing that my mouth immediately began watering. My eyes felt too heavy to move, but the scent was just above me and all I would have to do is reach my head up just a bit and take a small bite. *crunch* It was the most delicious thing I had ever tasted, seeming to melt in my mouth as I felt my body become rejuvenated as I consumed it. Until a few moments later as my body recovered, I began hearing screams as I opened my eyes to see a woman jump onto a man and bite into his neck, a noticeable chunk of flesh seemed to be missing from her arm.
Before I can even come to terms with what was going on my consciousness was ripped outward and I found myself in the misty land in front of the grandiose gates again however, this time there seemed to be indications of an intense struggle with scorch marks in the ground and the pearly gates bent inward. An elderly man with white disheveled and ripped clothes greeted me with a somber expression, "A zombie apocalypse… really…? Ugh well I can't say it's your fault. Anyway, I'm sending you somewhere else with some compensation for your troubles." "What? I–" I began to respond but he cut me off saying "Look every moment you spend here drastically alters your soul's structure, I can't guarantee what you will be in the new world, but I'll at least give you some compensation so that you'll have a fighting chance." My mind was still spinning from the rapid chain of events with no explanation whatsoever. "Fighting chance? Where are–" I began to say but was cut off as I was suddenly pulled back into the darkness, falling… yet again.
