Chu Lanlan drew the blade that she always carried around with her and pointed it at Yi Wu who then let her go.
"What're you doing?" Yi Wu asked.
Yi Wu moved backwards with a hint of disappointment in his eyes.
Before Yi Wu had gotten totally disappointed Li Shuo called out to him and asked "wait, don't recognize the swords she and I are holding?"
Li Shuo's sword had a dragon and a phoenix imprinted on it while Lanlan's sword had a phoenix and serpent imprinted on it. These both swords were popular in relation to their owners. When Yi Wu saw that he was shocked and out of all of them Lanlan was the most confused since she didn't know her real identity.
Yi Wu then asked "Is she really the overlord of darkness.
Li Shuo responded moving Lanlan closer to himself "you're right but so what, she's my responsibility now."
Chu Lanlan backed away from Li Shuo and then asked him what he was doing.
"Keep quiet, I'm helping you out." Li Shuo responded his eyes fixed on Yi Wu.
She said through her teeth "He's acting more like Yu Tian Lan."
Yi Wu approached Li Shuo and looked him straight in the eye and asked "for what reason would the overlord of darkness help the overlord of light?"
Yi Wu then ordered "stay away from her."
She later heard Li Shuo tell Yi Wu that he had his own plans that is when he grabbed her hand and disappeared in front of Yi Wu leaving him alone with a lot of questions and worry on his mind.
When both of them teleported to a place with peach trees Chu Lanlan realized that it wasn't Chu manor and asked the reason why he had brought her there.
Li Shuo then made a sudden movement by approaching Lanlan and suddenly stopped, he then asked her "aren't you afraid of me, as you heard I'm not mortal."
"Should I be afraid?" She asked Li Shuo also motioning forward.
She added confidently "My guess is that you aren't Li Shuo but Yu Tian Lan and just possessed the body of the 5th prince, Li Shuo."
"You're smart but you're wrong there's no such thing as possession instead it's reincarnation." He said.
Lanlan still had many questions about what she had encountered, about overlords and many other things that had to do with her.
Suddenly her head started aching and then she sat in the grass.
She then started seeing images of a black armored warrior stained in blood when she looked closely the warrior looked like Chu Lanlan.
The warrior was in a very injured state and couldn't move at all, suddenly a man dressed like Yu Tian Lan appeared and stabbed her.
Chu Lanlan finally opened her eyes while panting hard.
Li Shuo asked about what she had seen and she told him she had seen a female warrior being stabbed.
Li Shuo suddenly got excited and asking questions.
Chu Lanlan got up and looked at Li Shuo grudgingly about the questions he was asking her.
She got angry and suddenly her appearance changed where a crescent mark appeared on her forehead and her aura turned dark and demonic same with her clothes.
"Yu Tian Lan it's been a long time, how have you been?" She asked in a low quiet voice.
Li Shuo's voice trailed off and he said "Li Nan Feng it's you and you have awakened."
