' Don't worry sis, I will make him pay.' She vowed.

The following day, Regina made her grand entrance at Andersons Group.
She wore a fitted black dress that exuded confidence and elegance, paired with sleek heels that clicked sharply against the tiled floor.
Heads turned as she walked through the hall, her striking beauty capturing everyone's attention.
Whispers spread like wildfire among the employees.
"Who is she?" one murmured.
"She's stunning," another replied.
"Even more beautiful than Camilla," someone dared to say, a statement that left many stunned.
Camilla had always been the company's icon of beauty and sophistication, but Regina's arrival shifted the scales.
Her aura was magnetic, her confidence commanding.
By the time she reached Joel's office, every pair of eyes in the building had noticed her.
Regina smirked, fully aware of the impression she had made.
Joel smiled on seeing her. He was already with Wilson, Williams and Mrs Regina.
Joel looked up as she entered and motioned to the group. "Regina, meet our trusted allies," he said smoothly, a hint of pride in his voice.
"This is Mrs. Regina" he said with a nod to the woman, "Mr. Williams," then to the man, "and Mr. Smith."
Regina's gaze swept over each of them. "It's a pleasure," she said with a slight, knowing smile.
Mrs. Regina gave a tight smile, her eyes narrowing slightly, perhaps in curiosity or perhaps in cautious respect.
"We've been looking forward to meeting you, Miss Vexar."
Mr. Williams gave a small nod. "It's good to have another player on our side."
Mr. Smith remained silent but gave her a quick, appraising look.
Regina took a seat confidently, her eyes locked on Joel as she addressed the group.
"Let's get down to business then. I trust we all have the same goal?"
Joel leaned forward, his eyes gleaming with ambition. "Absolutely. We're here to make sure Canary falls no matter the cost."
Regina leaned forward, her voice calm but decisive. "We start by ruining Canary's name and reputation. Once his image is shattered, we can move on to more direct actions."
The group exchanged glances, nodding in agreement. Joel spoke first.
"We weaken him where it counts his respect and influence."
"I'm in," Mr. Williams added. "Once that's gone, everything else will follow."
Mrs. Regina nodded. "We'll make sure his foundation crumbles."
Regina smiled, her confidence unshaken. "Leave the rest to me. I'll handle it. Just stay alert for any opportunities."
Joel grinned. "Sounds good. You take charge, Regina."
The plan was set.
The rest of that week , Regina didn't make any moves against Canary.
Instead, she focused on settling into her new role at Andersons Group, having been hired under the guise of Joel's adviser.
She spent the day getting acquainted with the company, her office, and the people around her.
She made strategic introductions, ensuring that everyone knew who she was and that she was there to stay.
Her presence quickly became noticeable, and whispers of her beauty and her sharp mind spread through the halls.
While others worked, Regina quietly observed, waiting for the right moments to strike. She knew patience was keysoon enough, Canary would be in her sights, but for now, she had to solidify her position within the company.
Joel's backing gave her the leverage she needed, and she planned to use it to her advantage when the time came.

On Monday morning, the General Board Members and Shareholders meeting was about to begin.
Canary arrived early, standing by the large conference table, reviewing documents. As he glanced around, his eyes lander on Regina who entered the room looking poised and confident in her black dress and full makeup looking more beautiful than usual.
His eyebrows furrowed in surprise. He hadn't expected to see her here.
"Good morning, Canary… We meet again.." She said with a smile.
" ..You…What are you doing here ? In this conference room ?" He asked not believing it.
" Didnt I tell you that I will surprise you one day ?" She asked maintaining her smile.
Before Canary could say anything Joel walked in with Williams.
" Oh, Good morning Canary,." He said and turned to Regina.
"This is Regina Vexar, my new adviser. She'll be working closely with us on some of the upcoming projects."
Canary was more amused. He hadn't known she was involved with Andersons Group, and her presence here felt like a deliberate challenge. He forced a polite smile.
" Oh…Nice….to meet you, Miss Vexar," he said, though the recognition between them was unspoken.
Regina smiled back, her eyes cool but respectful. "The pleasure is mine, Mr. Andersons."
Joel, clearly oblivious to their shared past, stepped in, playing the role of the dutiful colleague.
"Regina's expertise will be invaluable to the company," he added smoothly. "I'm sure she'll prove herself a great asset."
" Ooh, Since when did she become your advisor?" Canary asked.
" Ooh, A week ago. We know we have been too busy so I didn't get time to introduce her to you." Joel said.
Canary nodded, still unsure of Regina's true intentions but intrigued by her sudden appearance.
" Alright…Ms Regina, You are warmly welcome to Andersons Group." He said and went to sit down.
Canary focused on the meeting as it went on and when it ended he walked out with Micheal.
Canary walked down the hallway with Michael by his side, discussing the day's agenda.
As they approached the elevator, Regina appeared, her confident strides catching their attention.
"Canary," she called out, her tone smooth.
He turned to face her, his expression unreadable.
Michael glanced between them but decided to step away, sensing a private conversation brewing.
Canary folded his arms, his gaze steady. " I'm still wondering how you got a job in my company without my consent "
She smirked, tilting her head slightly. "Simple. I used my beauty and charm to win Joel's favor. He couldn't resist."
Canary's jaw tightened. "Joel isn't someone to trust. He's dangerous, Regina. You don't know what you've gotten yourself into."
Regina's smile didn't falter. "I can handle Joel, Canary. I'm not as naive as you think."
Canary stepped closer, lowering his voice. "Just be careful. Joel doesn't play fair, and if you think you're in control, you might be wrong."
Her expression shifted briefly, but she quickly masked it with confidence. "Thanks for the warning, but I know exactly what I'm doing."
Canary watched her for a moment before nodding. "I hope you do."
With that, he turned and walked away, leaving Regina standing in the hallway, her smirk fading as her thoughts deepened.
She was angry that he left her standing there.
