"Cassandra, if you don't go with me, Daddy will kill me," Nagita roared. She knew very well how dangerous it was for her father to be angry with her.
Cassandra was happy to see the fear on Nagita's face. The girl had to pay for everything she had done for her.
"I'm sorry, but your father and your problems are none of my business," said Cassandra; turning her body to face the opposite direction.
Cassandra remembered every detail of Nagita's insolent treatment of her. The girl had always disliked her without even knowing why.
Surprised to hear what Cassandra said, Nagita half-ran towards Cassandra. "For once, please forget the trouble between us," said Nagita in a pitiful voice, she was desperate. Only anxiety filled her mind. Both hands held Cassandra's as if begging Cassandra to change her mind.
