We came to a two-way trail and Elliot led me to a path that seemed like we'd now entered a forest. I followed beside him as I’m looking around and a few times I did stop to look around to see what was around. We walked for another thirty minutes until we stopped and I was stunned at where we arrived. There was a waterfall right in front of us and people were actually swimming in while a few others were taking pictures before making their way out. I felt Elliot pull me to the side as he set his backpack down starting to go through it pulling out a few things. I sat down beside him taking a deep breath actually a little tired from the walk and I saw him laying out a blanket
I almost wanted to laugh. “You were carrying that the whole time?”
“Yeah, a towel and snacks,” he said as he threw a few granola bars at me and moved to sit beside me. “I came prepared.”
