Earlier in the morning, Hertwig had called Samuel to plan a meetup. It had been a while since Samuel had sat down and spent time with his best friend. Nancy didn't want a second away from Samuel so she warned Hertwig that she would be a third-wheel. Hertwig didn't mind that, so Samuel and Nancy were getting ready for the little meetup.
Hertwig wanted to watch a movie and have dinner together. When Nancy asked him what movie it was, his choice surprised her. It was a pleasant surprise because that movie was a slice-of-life film about finding happiness. Although she couldn't convince Samuel using human terminologies, Nancy hoped the movie would make Samuel ponder. She was extra surprised because Hertwig didn't know Sameul wanted to end himself.
