Nancy's sudden decision to see Former General Bradley Hoover out of nowhere was extremely strange for both Amy and Hertwig. It required a lot of legal procedures, too. They couldn't just enter the State morgue to see a Former General. Marco could get them permission under very specific conditions. Either way, it was impossible for at least a few weeks; too much paperwork.
For the time being, Amy suggested that Nancy could go see Sebastian. He had been trying his hardest to hide the fact that he was immortal. Imagine being sentenced to death only for the world to find out he couldn't die. Who would believe that tale?
The visit to Samuel's apartment had provoked Nancy to find out more about all of this mess. She had lost a fair share of her memories, but not her drive to learn and curiosity.
