"I do not know." Hoover pressed his lips together. "I happened to be the servant of a woman. All I was told by my parents was that my master was immortal and our blood was bound to her. We were supposed to find her a mate to conserve the bloodline." He added. "Just like the immortals, servants had their own ancestral stories."
"So I am an antique and historical persona?" Sebastian chuckled. "Is that it?"
Sebastian had taken the entire explanation much lighter than expected. The boy was still young, adolescent, and had a long way ahead of him… A very long way.
