Samuel gulped. He had to explain something unexplainable to the couple. He exhaled sharply.
"I do not know how to explain this but…" Samuel muttered. "Um."
"Take your time." Julie warmly smiled at him. "We're just worried, you know that, right?"
Samuel nodded.
"So, um. I have nightmares." Samuel gulped while trying to explain. "I have nightmares, and if I get hurt in those nightmares, I get hurt in real life as well."
The couple looked at the boy with confused expressions.
"According to the doctors I have seen in the military regarding this, they claim it is a rare disease. Some of them were adamant about making me confess that I was induced into self-harm activities. But I promise I am not." Samuel explained further. "This is all I can explain."
Julie looked at Roth in concern.
"You said you had your case reports?" Roth asked.
"Yes. They are in the second cabinet of the study table." Samuel murmured.
