"Look at you, with just a bowl of porridge, you're already as energetic as before." Porlyusica said with a chuckle. "It's as if you were never injured in the first place."
"You know that my injuries heal quickly unless I was damaged by something stronger than me which is highly unlikely." Kali said.
"Hmm, I guess so." Porlyusica said as she set the herbs down before turning to Kali. "You know, Makarov came to see me."
"He did? What did he ask of you?"
"Haha, that old geezer wanted me to heal his little wizards."
"What did you say?"
"Of course I said yes, but I told him to wait a bit since I have an important guest with me." Porlyusica said as she met Kali's eyes.
Kali turned away and said, "You don't need to worry about me, go tend to them, you're acting like a grandmother to me."
"Are you complaining about it though? I am a lot older than you."
"Tsk, you're lucky I was taught to respect my elders."
"Don't even think about it, you won't beat me in an argument in a million years."
"Yeah, yeah. Go tend to the others now, I'll return after I test something out. Also get me a report of how everyone is doing."
"Why can't you do it yourself?"
"I'm banned."

Kali stood in an empty area that only had trees surrounding her. This was a secret spot that she found while wandering the area; not a single creature would enter this spot since sunlight barely appeared inside.
Kali let out a deep breath, she was trying to bring out the two horns again to see if there was anything different. Closing her eyes, she visualized two red horns appearing.
For a second, nothing happened until there was an indescribable sensation on her head. She reached to the top of her head and felt two sharp tips.
"Nothing much changed…" Kali muttered as she scanned her body. "Perhaps it's my abilities?"
Kali was about to cast a small water spell until nothing appeared. She channeled her mana yet nothing happened. The same thing repeated for all of her magic except for the Time ability that she had.
"Did this form somehow change my abilities?" Kali muttered to herself. "No, that can't be right. There has to be something else."
Kali closed her eyes once again and visualized her core where everyone's pure mana was located. She saw a bright red and pinkish circle in the center, but that was her normal core.
If something within her body did change, the core would be the first place to change since it was basically the center of one's magic.
After thirty minutes, there was nothing. Everything remained the same and not a single difference could be seen. She felt a bit of frustration and anger because of the amount of time wasted.
Suddenly, the core wavered. A deep red color mixed with darkness could be seen overlapping the bright pink-ish core.
"What is this?"
The new core started producing its own mana through Kali's system, she could feel the changes that were happening within her body.
When the new core finished adjusting itself to Kali's magic system, a wave of knowledge entered Kali's brain.
"Agh!" Kali groaned due to the headache from the immense amount of information that was entering her brain.
The information she gained was amazing, the trade was like an eye for an eye. It was definitely worth it.
"This exceeds my expectations, with this, I could possibly rule the world of wizards." Kali muttered with a wide grin.

Meanwhile in Magnolia, several members sat on the same table with bandages wrapped around their bodies.
"Tsk! I can't believe we were all defeated by one person! How is that even possible!" Gray said in anger. "Natsu! Did you recognize her scent?"
"No, this is the first time I've smelled her scent." Natsu replied.
"And it's the first time we've seen her. Up until now, there has never been an evil wizard as strong as her." Erza added.
"I wouldn't say that she's an evil wizard." Mira said as all eyes turned to her. "I'd say she's a rogue wizard, a wizard with no path to follow."
"So what you're saying is she had no reason to attack us at all, but since she was bored, she decided to?" Erza questioned.
"No Erza, that's now what Mira is trying to say."
"Master Makarov!"
"Let me give you an example. Let's say someone has a goal, their goal is to become the strongest wizard in the world. That would mean they would train, become stronger, and make choices. Those choices would lead to different paths to take, different futures for that person would open up." Makarov said.
Everyone listened to him attentively, not one blinked.
"What Mira said was the opposite of that. That wizard is walking a road filled with nothing, it's void full of nothing. They have no future and are simply living with the flow of time." Makarov said. "Do you understand?"
""Yes!""
"Good, I'm going to nap now." Makarov said as he walked away, leaving the rest dazed.
"Wow, that would mean that person is living a difficult life." Natsu said.
"How so?"
"I mean, wouldn't life be boring without a goal? Like me, I want to find Igneel one day and become the strongest wizard!" Natsu exclaimed.
"For once flames for brains, I think you're right. That does seem boring." Gray said as he entered a deep thought.
"For now, let's think about the battle. There's no need to talk about goals, what are some things you have to say?" Erza asked.
"She's strong." Gajeel said which left everyone surprised. "What?! I'm just saying what's true."
"I know, but I'm surprised you answered."
"Tsk."
"Juvia thinks that person can counter any type of magic." Juvia said which attracted confused eyes. "During our fight, she said something like if one's magic is stronger, it will counter any type of magic."
Erza nodded her head and said, "That's true. Since she beat all of us, does that mean her magic is stronger than all of ours?"
"It seems that is the case." Juvia said, breaking character.
"Wait." Mira said. "I have something to say."
