Theodora didn't waste another minute as she made her way away from that nursery and away from that strange yet intriguing man.
She walked to the place where Gerald had told her to meet him once she was done. She waited, clutching the bag to her chest. The aromatic fragrance of the flowers she had got from the Alchemist wafted into the air.
It relaxed her nerves considerably. And the fact that she didn't need to give them to Mr Collins made it obvious that she could use them to gift her mother once she opened her eyes.
Now she only hoped that Gerald was as successful as her in their mission.
