Gerald was more than stunned to see Theodora standing at some distance from him, gaping at him with wide eyes and parted lips. She was clearly shocked, to say the least.
"Shit!" Gerald cursed under his breath, careful that she would not hear him.
Filch, who peeked out of Gerald's pocket knew what he had to do and jumped out as subtly as he could and ran away, leaving Gerald alone to deal with this situation.
Gerald masked his shock with the passive mask and glanced around to see if there was anyone else who had seen him appearing out of nowhere. He released a sigh of relief to see that there was only one person he needed to deal with.
