Gerald couldn't shake off what he had seen at the cottage last night. His mind was crowded with Sylvia's thoughts, and he didn't know how he should find out about what was wrong with her. Sylvia had no close friends except him. Though Oscar and she shared a healthy bond, she would never confide him with her personal details.
Reznor was out of the question that rather than telling him about herself, she would choose to carry that secret to her grave. The other members of the Malvadogar were too selfish to care for others.
That left only one person who might know about Sylvia's problem. And Gerald was waiting for him in the Malvadogar for an hour now.
He stood by the wall of a hut waiting for its owner. About more than an hour later, he heard footsteps approaching the hut. Gerald threw the leaf he was playing with away. Filch made some sound as if he was telling Gerald about this person's arrival.
"Hello Hades!"
