Chao Li and Chao Ning had left the village and entered the jungle near the Ping Village, and when they were moving, there wasn't any sign of abnormality, and everything was normal, the birds chirping, gentle breeze, warm weather, and most importantly the pleasant feeling, but if the fate wanted to play a game nothing would matter, chirping could become wailing, gentle could become violent, warm could become hellish, and the pleasant could become nightmarish.

Not knowing, Chao Li and his sister slowly moved towards their destination, the Moon Mushroom Nest. When they reached it, they saw the cluster of white mushrooms emitting wonderful fragrances, and one sniff of them could make anyone drool and hungry.
When Chao Li saw them, his eyes lit up with excitement, and his stomach started growling with hunger, so he immediately, without wasting any time, started plucking those mushrooms.
Chai Ning also joined the fray and gently started plucking and then placing those mushrooms in her basket.
Nearly within half an hour, they plucked most of the Mushrooms, and at that instant, Chao Li suddenly made a painful bellow.
"Ouch! Damn!! What is it? It hurts so much." Chao Li, with a mixture of pain and anger, had cursed loudly.
"Brother Li, What happened? Are you alright?" Chao Ning concernedly asked, with tense eyes.
"I am alright, sister. I think I just tipped against some damn thing, so my foot hurt so much." He bent as he carefully looked for the thing that hurt him.
Under his leg, there were so many fallen leaves, and when he cleared those leaves, he saw a black cone-like object, and when he saw that, he frowned with doubt.
"What is it?" He murmured as he tried to pick up the object, but that thing was deeply rooted to the ground and not making any budge even with Chao Li's powerful pulls.
Chao Li got irritated, sat down, and started digging around it, and after some time, with his powerful pull, it started showing some movement, so he put even more pressure and loudly roared,
"Come out!" With that pull, It came out when he stumbled to the ground with a thud.
Even though Chao Li had a pain in the butt, he had a delightful and proud expression, but that didn't last long, as the surroundings started to change at once at a rapid speed.
He tensely got up, approached his sister, and tightly held her hand in fear. The brother and sister duo fearfully held each other because everything happening in front of them would give creeps to the mightiest and bravest person in their village, and not to mention, they were only kids.
The surroundings were constantly changing, space around them was shifting and merging with mirror-like images, and countless black mirrors were merging and changing the entire forest into dark hell.
After a short time, Chao Li and his sister were in an entirely different place, and they didn't know what had happened, and confused about whether they had moved to a different space or the place changed into a different one?
At that moment, a person in black robes, dry skin, red hair, and grey-eyes was looking at them with even more shock, and we couldn't say that as a shock but something beyond that, and there were no words to describe his emotions then.
Chao Li and Chao Ning also saw that person and failed to determine his age because he hardly looked like a human, so they immediately tensed even more.
Chao Ning, with some courage, fearfully asked, "Who are you?"
To her question, that weird person didn't reply, maybe he didn't come out of that shock, or he didn't hear it, and for whatever reason, he still stood as he was.
After some time, he suddenly jerked and dreadfully started surveying the surroundings, but he couldn't find any abnormal things or persons, and all he saw were some puny mortals, which surprised him even more.
"You! Who are you? What are you doing here? How did you come here?" He anxiously shot different questions.
Chao Li and Chao Ning were about to say they didn't know anything, but that person's look went to the thing on Chao Li's hand, and he started shivering even more violently.
"You! Idiot! Moron! Devil! What have you done? Do you know what you have done?" He fiercely started scolding Chao Li, which made Chao Li's face paler.
Chao Li was so much afraid but hesitantly asked, "Senior, is this thing yours? I pick it up unintentionally. I will immediately give it to you, so could you let us out?"
Chao Li immediately threw that black cone-like object at that person, fearing what that person would do in anger.
"You Fool! You killed me! You totally killed me! My thousand years of hiding went waste because of you, imbecile!"
"Why! Why! Why do you pull that one? How do you find the core of my Shadow Devil Formation? I have been hiding my presence, my name, and my everything for the thousand of years. For what? To be found out by an imbecile mortal like you!"
"I ain't convinced! My thousands of years of life, cultivation, fame, and my everything to be lost by a puny mortal like you." That person made violent roars and bellowed like an animal about to be slaughtered.
His red hair became disheveled, grey eyes turned crimson, and voice became remorse, and he felt his entire world about to be collapsed with a burp of a puny mortal.
For few minutes, he made anguish-filled roars, which made Chao Li and Chao Ning frightened even more, and after that, his voice became murderous, and with bloodthirsty eyes, looked at Brother and sister duo.
"You! Tell me, what kind of punishment should I give it to you?" He asked like a devil from the underworld.
Chao Li and Chao Ning's faces became purple and devoid of life, and they wanted to run away from there, but the space around them was solidified like a wall, so they couldn't even move an inch.
That person carefully looked at them, and when he looked at Chao Li, he loathed him and grunted, "Puny Mortal!"
But when he looked at Chao Ning, his eyes lit up like a thousand candle lights, and his body began to shake with amazement, and he shiveringly asked,
"You are an immortal like me! And that too had a rarest of rare eternal level spirit? Your spirit is nine heaven goddess, one of the strongest spirits of all! You are born to rule this entire realm!"
"What are you doing on this backward planet? This planet absolutely can't give birth to the likes of you! Say, who are you? Who are your parents?" That person loudly questioned, and to his question, Chao Ning fearfully replied,
"I don't know!"
