Chapter 67 - The truth II

A smile curved his Blonde, greasy hair, slightly revealing a thin, lived-in face. Heavy green eyes and a beard covered. Should he tell his age, none will know that this man that stands on top of the gated door to the noble hob is only thirty years of age.

Looking back behind him, A long street that stretched for almost one mile, to the left and right, shops after shops. All decorated with fine craftsmanship, Built with the finest materials only best for the noble ladies and young sons of the rich who had made this place their homes and business, they say one shop cost almost up to ten thousand gold.

The street itself is decorated with fine stones and well-organized structures, hundreds of carriages with different crests from wealthy or nobles families.

Much to the dismay and decay of the poor, this street named St Kilda is filled with laughter and joy. Yet, their attention was taken by the bright light ahead of them, even for someone such as Norland. And at the end of the stretched street, a glamorous light eliminated the castle of the city lord, The Light that stands as a symbol of a higher complex power began to fade, the lightning that was as bright as it could shine all disappeared with seconds.

[what in Zada has been happening] Norland Thought,

For what has been happening these days has not put much stress on the nobles, this phenomenon was not much different to them, for they had been traveling and seeing much more obscure things.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Inside the castle, There lays corps of almost twenty soldiers. A shadow of a man, clouded with Darkness, stands with his arms stretched to what mechanism of power that allows it to conjure an impossible task. Twenty bottles shine in front of it, All eliminated by a light so bright that it blinds the kneeling man who refused to shut his mouth wide open with stupor.

[hahaha, now that's what I call magic] Alden thought. Standing there with arms stretched to the bottles that float in front of him. Vial of Kindred spirits, even while Alden stood in front of them, he could feel his ribs that were opened grotesque, has begun to heal rapidly.

*DING*

{Vial of Kindred spirits X20 completed}

Reading the countless books inside his Library, Alden knows how expensive healing potion is in this world. A simple Alchemist who can brew them is well regarded in every nation.

[hahah ten thousand gold for one deluded potion, Able to heal all kinds of injury will garner me income for years] Alden was excited and began to think thoroughly about selling this potion.

[No, hold your horses, Alden]

[first, I need to do something with that runaway incubus and spy,] Alden thought

Alden scanned around him and shrugged his shoulders, putting away the healing potions.

The death of his guards did not make Alden move much. They all died, and while some were still breathing. It did not take long for them to follow as well. Yes, it was his doing that had resulted in this, but what else could he have done? If he had powers to bring back the dead, then sooner or later, he would definalty face the consequences far more dangerous than he could handle.

[Ill hire new guards anyway,] he thought.

~Lucas~ The humanoid Shadow spoke

"Yes," He jolted after witnessing the miraculous scene that he had just happened. At first, Alden thought that Lucas would still have the face of a man who fears him, but it does not seem to be the case anymore. Now Locus, much to Alden's surprise, looked much more happy and giddy than Alden thought.

Brushing aside his curiosity to ask why Alden spoke

~Clean up this place~

~ I will be back~

"Yes, sire"

Shaking his head at his response, Alden crouched down, and suddenly bat-like wings began to manifest from Darkness to his back and

*WHOOOOOOOOOOSHHHHHH*

Watching this happening, Lucas Followed the line of sight which the humanoid shadow had made, All the way to the sky. For odd more reason, Lucas began to tear and watch as his young Lord flew away. Lucas did not ask why or where his young Lord was heading. All Lucas did was tear at this sight.
