Isu tribe lived in the top regions of the mountains. Most of them were men. They never treat women as an equal. All the women in the tribe were made to work at home and in the fields. The men of this tribe treated their women as if they were superior to them and to other tribes as well.
So they have intentionally started raising disputes with others and fighting with tribes on simple matters.
This time the eye of the Isu tribe fell on Solvwulf. In recent years, the Solvwulf tribe hasn't fought any war. Now Isu men were standing up to them, this caused ruction among them.
It was decided that they would fight with Isu. They may come at any time to attack Solvwulf. That was the hall that was gathered by all the essential members of the tribe were.
Rhaet cleared his throat and said in an authoritative voice, "I have got the news that they have prepared to move. They may come knocking on our door by today or by tomorrow morning. So we have to prepare."
"The numbers have increased."
"It won't be an easy fight for us."
Rhaet got up and all the members hastened up listening to him. They were a bit eager to step on the field, to see some blood.
They didn't worry much about the incoming enemy but all of them were enthusiastic about the fight.
Katheryn and Synnove stood beside the stone seat, Aragon was also with them.
Rhaet stood opposite staring at Katheryn.
"Why did you bring him here?" He questioned her directly.
Katheryn shot him a glare. "He'll go with me, where ever I go." She put her hand around Aragon's neck.
Katheryn was now close to him. She was taller than him and Aragon's face was right beside her asset. He was stunned as she placed her hand, turning his ears slightly red.
"Ain't that right, my boy!" She chuckled.
"If anything were to happen to him, his grandma will massacre all of us." Rhaet could only sigh at his sister.
But Synnove and Aragon were dumbfounded after hearing him.
"Is my grandma that powerful?" Aragon quickly asked Rhaet, forgetting the state of the position he was in.
"Oh! You little boy, You don't know what your grandmother is capable of." Katheryn cut in and answered for him.
Synnove was surprised to hear from her father. She has only seen Freja a couple of times but she didn't think that such a woman was capable of killing all of them. Is what he saying true? She looked just like any woman in her forties would. She also did not do anything other than take care of Aragon. Synnove saw her in the street several times but never saw her fight. It was also his father who acknowledged and passed an order not to disturb her and go near her house. She thought it was that Freja was the mother of her aunt, and maybe it was the reason for doing so. Her uncle married Freja's daughter and Rhaet was treating them as family, so he ordered them to not go near their house. And now he was saying that she could kill everyone in the tribe. She fell into deep thought.
