It was an uncomfortable feeling going through a teleporter. At first, it feels like you just got done spinning for an hour before you free fall from thousands of kilometers. Then the sudden feeling of being deep in the ocean where the water pressure pushes down on you. Finally, a slimy pop as if you've been stuck in a bat of glue and finally got free.
Leaving the portal and the weird feelings behind, misaki held back a bit of vomit before letting it release a bit away from the teleporter that was now off. When looking up, Misaki could see many old buildings that were luminated with different lights from the inside.
"This is the military base. You will be living here for the time being. Find house 32 and go inside. Your squadron leader will take care of you from there." Taby explained before walking in a different direction, leaving misaki to wander around the old run down buildings that have been taken over by nature from the outside.
Eventually, Misaki was able to locate house 32 but it was much less of a house then he expected. More like a run down hut that had moss and even a tree growing out the side of it. Mushrooms and even a spider web had taken hold. Nonetheless, Misaki walked through the door only to feel the sickness of being teleported once again.
Coming out of the teleporter, he could see a group of 200 to 300 kids and 3 adults. Each of the adults had a sleek black uniform with golden trims and red inners. On their arms were 3 skulls all being connected through the links of a chain.
The adults all stood at attention while the students talked and chatted amongst themselves, forming groups and making friends. Of course misaki was alone, not interacting with the others. He had been thinking of what would be the best ability to create for himself. He was so deep in thought that he didn't realize when a boy the same height and age as everyone else walked on stage.
The boy had shoulder length jet black hair, beautiful hazelnut brown eyes, almond color skin, and a lean build. He wore the same uniform as the adults behind him but his arm had 4 skulls being connected through a chain.
"I hope you don't. Snot nosed cockroaches are listening because I don't like to repeat myself. I'm Dashaun Xebec. Your squadron commander and also a zasfin rank within the military." Dash announced, his voice booming around the room. Without the use of a microphone, it was strong enough to crack the stage he had been standing on.
Dash quickly followed up his last announcement by turning around to look at the 2 males and female behind him and walked past them. "Don't just stand there looking idiotic. Introduce yourselves." He whispered but even that wasn't enough to stop his words from reaching the other side of the room.
The first to step up was the female with orange hair and Scarlett red eyes "Laun Ribs." Ribs stated, moving back to her former position for the male on her right to step forward "Laun Reiatsu." He stated with his flowing gray hair and big round glasses following ribs' lead and returning to his previous position.
The last male walked forward. "Laun Kaido."
Kaido was a tall man standing at six foot five inches and had a wide build. His hair is ink black with multiple tattoos running up his arm and a dead look in his eyes that were a cotton candy pink. Following in the footsteps of those before him, he returned to his position before dash took center role again.
"Now that you have met everyone, it is time to see your ability level and get you guys settled in. Make sure to get used to teleporters because we use them all over the place outside here but that's besides the point. Head to the training grounds. It's located in the middle of the base and has a giant demon beast laying on the roof." Dash explained before he disappeared along with the rest of the adults.
After all, not one of the students dared to say a word since the 4 figures who spoke and left were all war heros that didn't need introduction.
"To think that the queen of bones would be here and in our squadron." One boy spoke out while a girl couldn't help but comment. "Nor the man of a thousand lives." Of course another kid couldn't help but add "Don't forget about the eater of limbs Kaido." All three were well known but they all shared one common factor. They all listened to one person.
"The god of war Dash."
Misaki spoke, one of his eyes being an abyssal black as the information still played in his eyes.
[Dashaun Xebec]
A mortal who has been given the title god of war and is in possession of a godly weapon known as castor pollux.

The only information he got from using inspect on dash was his title and his weapon which greatly shifted his view on dash from a kid to a man of great importance.
"I guess I shouldn't be too surprised that he has a godly weapon but what if he has a system similar to mine. Wouldn't he be able to tell if I were to get one?" Misaki quizzed going into a deep thought about the meaning behind his weapon only to be snapped back to reality by a hand grabbing his shoulder.
Turning around to get a look at the person, it was a boy around 5'8ft tall. He was strange in the very least with his red scarf that tried to hide the bags under his milky white eyes that remained half closed. The blonde wavy hair elevated his peach colored skin that allowed for only two of his red veins to be seen from the outside.
Following up with a matching red suit and tie that gave him a sense of royalty, the boy retracted his hand, staring at misaki. "You were zoned out and in my way. I tried waiting but got impatient." The boy said in a slightly irritated tone.
"Ah sorry about that. I was caught up in a thought process. But why couldn't you just go around?" Misaki asked to which the boy smiled, although it couldn't be seen. "Because I didn't see the need to go around when I can just go through in a straight line. But now that I'm talking to you, I've taken an interest. Maybe it's your blood but I think we could be pretty good friends. I'm Apu Arcana. What's your name?" The boy explained, following up with a question.
"Misaki monoa. What do you mean by my blood?" Misaki asked, only to receive a shrug from Apu as he walked away with the other students. "That was strange. Maybe the system changed my blood in some way." Misaki thought, biting his finger with his canine teeth until it drew blood.

I am not using actual military ranks, but will be using some aspects of them, and the general rank as a base. Sorry for the inconveniences.
