Lied woke up to a stinging pain in his head. He was lying on the ground, face pressed against the soft grass. It took him a few seconds to collect his thoughts and think about what he was doing there. That's right, he was there because there was someone he wanted to meet again.
He sat up and came face to face with a nun.
She turned her head toward him and smiled, saying, "You're finally awake."
"You're Quiara, right?" Lied asked.
"Why yes I am," Quiara confirmed.
Lied took a bit of time to observe his surroundings. He was once again in a cage, however, this new cage was a lot less secure. It was just bamboo shoots sticking out of the ground and tied together to form a makeshift cage. When it turned to night, Lied could probably find a way to escape.
He saw Valentine staring at Quiara intensely, asking, "This is the human you risk your life for?"
Valentine floated away slightly, shaking her head. "This one gives an unusual aura..."
