Lied woke up in the morning feeling weightless. He felt like he was floating through the air. He saw the Vampire nearby, just floating in the air, a bored expression on her face. When she noticed Lied was awake, she asked him, "Human, I believe I have asked this before, but do all humans sleep that long?"
Lied was in no mood for a snarky remark.
He got up shakily. The sun was beginning to rise and the morning sunlight hit his skin. Close to his entire body had gone translucent after the fight the night before. Lied let himself bathe in the sunlight, allowing the colour of his skin to slowly return. He could not hear anything in his surroundings. His vision was blurry. He could see and hear the Vampire clearly because she was a part of his mind.
