Latifa collapsed beside her belongings, breathing hard. She had taken a beating, and without the healing potion, she would most definitely have been dead. She got some water and drank before eating some of her cold rations. She kept her rations near the Fire Rune she was carrying, warming it up before eating.
She dared not change her clothes in the cold room. Instead, she wore extra layers, putting on the clothes that had been damaged when the monster impaled her bag.
Latifa eventually moved closer to the burning corpse of the monster for warmth. She then began to take inventory. Her bag was ruined, and unless she found another bag, she wouldn't be able to take everything with her.
