"Uh..." Lied started saying, not exactly sure what to do in his situation.
He had just woken up from a terrible sleep to find himself in an unfamiliar situation. As if that was not confusing enough, Hilda had white hair and hugged him. Lied awkwardly hugged her back before asking, "So... what's up, boss lady?"
Hilda let go, clearing her throat and going back to her bed. She glanced over at the two people by the beds. Lied just assumed they were doctors. She asked them, "Could we... have some privacy?"
They left the room as requested.
Hilda looked over at Lied, her eyes tearing up. She wiped her eyes, saying, "I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to save you. I'm glad you're alright now."
"I'm feeling fine, but what day is it?" Lied rubbed the back of his head.
"It's been a week since..." Hilda tried to explain, but paused.
"Since the explosion?" Lied followed up for her.
