Lily stood there, staring around her in awe. Verxy stood in front of her with a couple of books she had written up herself. Akuji sat down nearby, just watching them do their thing. Verxy got Lily's attention and told her, "So, to start off with, let me explain to you how magic works, okay?"
Lily nodded slowly.
"Right, so magic is something that flows through our bodies, much like our blood," Verxy started. "It is a system similar to our circulatory system. Inside our chest, the size of a marble is what we call the Maticulo, or the Magic Core for a simpler term."
Lily blinked slowly a few times.
"Do you... understand?" Verxy asked her.
