"Wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait," Lied started going on.
"Waiting," Patricia added in.
"So there's no one out there?" Lied asked, pointing out the window.
"Yeah," Patricia confirmed before she scratched her chin. "Am I weird or are you?"
"I honestly have no idea," Lied replied.
Patricia sighed before pointing at the bed. She looked at Lied, then gestured for him to do something about it. Lied simply sighed and took off the sheets of the bed and replaced it with a slightly less dusty sheet in one of the cupboards.
"Back on topic," Lied continued. "I swear I saw people outside."
"Well, I didn't, so who's the weird one now?" Patricia argued, sitting down on the bed. "We gotta get out of here fast before anything happens."
Lied rubbed his eyes. "Maybe I'm just tired."
"Probably."
