Akuji and Lily had managed to get a room in an inn. The inn did not serve food at that time, so they had to make do with the dry rations Akuji had in his bag.
Lily sat on the bed, swinging her legs as she ate the biscuits. She was staring into space, probably imagining her future once again. She had taken the wrong path, and for a couple of days, she had thought that everything was over for her.
However, because she was with Akuji, she was able to get healed in two days. She was thinking about all the things she could do after she got back. She missed her family, and she wished to see them again. As beautiful as the Capital was, she wanted to go home and see the sights she was familiar with.
"Alright, go to bed," Akuji told Lily.
Akuji himself was rather tired at that point. Lily, on the other hand, was too excited to actually fall asleep. She walked over to Akuji's bag and pulled out the book she sketched on. She wrote some stuff down before showing it to Akuji.
