There was a girl. She was a student, though since she was from a Middle City, the education was average at best. She went about studying, but over time, most of her classmates started realising a single fact.
She was not speaking.
No matter what class it was, no matter what she was doing, she kept quiet. Even when being confronted, even when in danger, even when faced with difficulties, she kept quiet.
Most already assumed she was incapable of speaking.
Her name was Lily Manda Ledonna.
Lily woke up one day in a better mode than usual. She was a nervous girl and disliked having to converse with people. She would walk around with her head lowered, avoiding people.
She was so quiet that she almost faded into the background. She wanted to fade away, she wanted to be ignored.
Lily packed her stuff for school, grabbing her bag and leaving her home. Her parents sent her off with a few words, she simply smiled and nodded back.
