Lied sat around awkwardly, not exactly sure what to do. He did not trust Patricia enough to fall asleep near her, and he did not trust her enough to leave her alone either. Desmond and Lazli were likely ready to go asleep.
"So…" Lied started the conversation. "You got a curse too?"
Patricia made sure she was completely covered by blankets. She let out a sigh before looking back at Lied. "What? You're also cursed?"
She smirked at him. "Wouldn't expect that from someone like you."
"What do you mean by that?" Lied asked.
Patricia inched closer to the fireplace again. She pressed her cheeks with her fingers, ignoring Lied.
"Seriously, what do you mean by that?" Lied asked again, even more concerned.
"Well, I mean," Patricia shrugged. "You walk around carefree, you even got time to give advice to a struggling family. What kind of curse do you even have?"
Lied frowned, realising what Patricia implied. "So you've been stalking me?"
