Lied woke up that morning. He stared at a ceiling that vaguely reminded him of the room he had stayed in at the Doctor's house back in the Outer City.
He sat up, rubbing the back of his neck before scratching his head, messing up his hair. Lord yawned and stretched as he turned around, looking out the window which allowed sunlight to stream in.
The window was closed. Lied got out of the bed and walked towards the window, opening it and allowing the fresh morning air to enter the window.
The city was alive, people going about their normal lives all around him.
Lied turned back, closing the window behind him before leaving the room. He was still recovering from injury, and that fact seemed to have finally caught up to his brain. Certain movements hurt him.
Twisting his torso hurt, attempting to jump hurt, and most forms of acrobatics also hurt. He had done some running the past few days, which did not help his recovery in the slightest.
