Looking at the desperate man who called out for them, Xi Ling gave a reassuring smile.
"Grandpa…take good care of her and take good care of yourself, I'm going to a better place."
After saying this, she raised her hands to wave at the man as she turned towards the light which swallowed her into it, on the other hand the middle-aged lady also smiled.
"Weihang…don't be sad and don't blame yourself, I'll take good care of Ling'er, you can be rest assured."
The lady said, but Xi Weihang immediately became frustrated by the chains and his range knew no bounds. So he forcibly tried breaking of the chains that bounded him.
Finally breaking the chains, he ran towards his wife who was being absorbed into the bright light, with stretched out hands he tried to grab her hand, but it was immediately absorbed in the light that started shining extremely bright to the point where he had to block the strong rays of light with his hands while squinting his eyes.
Few seconds later he was jolted up from his overwhelming dream with a fright, he touched his heart and it was beating at an alarming rate.
"This…I've been having this same dream for a long time now but…Ling'er was never in it, what happened today? sigh…I've not had this feeling for long time now…"
Xi Weihang said to himself. Few seconds later he noticed the sky had turned bright, the sun was already up. Looking up at the sun, Xi Weihang raised his hand to block off it's rays that shown directly into his eyes.
In a huge and elegantly furnished room inside the Mansion, fingers belonging to a lady, moved slightly.
Detecting the sudden spike in brain activity, an alarm was immediately activated, alerting the security who were outside and nurses who were already in the room wiping down on the other arm of the lady and her feet.
They immediately went out to call the attending doctors, who had already reached the door accompanied by the security guards who were alerted by the sudden emergency alarm.
Running into the room, the male doctor stopped the guard who had been rushing towards the room with them, the guard looked like a middle-aged man and was burly.
"Please wait here and do not let anyone in"
The Doctor said to the guards, who, though nervous complied with his instruction. Inside the room the two nurses and the other doctor ran straight to the patient to check on her condition, hence the two doctors, a middle-aged man and Dr. Cai, began performing emergency procedures on the patient but suddenly the patient began to have a seizure putting the doctors in a state of confusion.
'She wasn't showing any signs of seizure…what's going on.'
The middle-aged doctor thought to himself while Doctor Cai snapped him out of his daze.
