" Aw..Mannn..... I lost again...but...this is time for sure I will not lose, I will definitely defeat this game and take the honour as a Game Master" yelled Charles like a mad man who was playing famous arcade games called The House of Dead. Ricky on the another hand was having a tough time while playing this type of game. Ricky is a type of person who loves to play analytics games or RPG games. He doesn't like to play a horror games as it's is not his fort. Charles in other hand loves to play all types of games and loves to be master at all those games.
They both know eachother since middle school and have been friends still today. They both study in same high school and goes to same class.
Charles is known as the most talented person in his school whether it be Sports, in study or in any other activities he always leaves everyone's mouth open.
Ricky on the other hand is known as a average, he is good at sports and in study but not that amazing. Only plus point is his looks, he got his father's gene and mother's charms which his is totally thankful of, if not because of it then he would be nobody in other people's eyes. Charles also has a his unique charm and his plus point are both his talent and his looks and he was pretty popular in both in their middle school and in highschool. All the girls of his school has either been his gf or got rejected by him which he is totally jealous of as he got none.
" Hey, Charles it's getting late.... let's go home"
"Huh!!! No way... I was just going to make a high score here and leave my mark that The Great Charles Game Master was here!!....but man...you just ruin it" said Charles annoyingly.
"yeah, yeah.....Game Master..You Are Best of the world... No one able to achieve what you can....Now Can we just go... My sister has called me Fifteen times already, I don't what's gotten into her. She is not type of person to call this much even if the world gonna end...and I literally have a bad feeling about it....so can we just go already!!!!. Ricky said as he insisted his friend to end his game fast.
"Alright, Alright...I gonna end it soon....just wait for a minute"Charles said. As soon as he spoke he ended the game and still go a high score. " Hahahaha.. yeah.... I got a high score now there is my mark on it... Woohoo...yeah... I am in top of the world". shouted Charles as he is in cloud nine.
" Are you happy Now!!, let's us go!!!" said Ricky.
" Yes, nagging grandmother" said Charles playfully. " Oh... before we go, we should buy your sister her merchandise otherwise she won't let me off if you go empty handed to your home and She won't let you go with me next time."
" yeah, she really might do that.." chuckled Ricky.
After buying Stella's merchandise and some sweets for Ricky's mom to make her forgive him for coming home late. On the way to they theirs home they saw police cars, ambulance and firetrucks to way they were heading.
"Oi,.. Ricky don't you feel that those police cars, ambulance and firetrucks heading towards your home" Charles said worriedly
" Man.... don't scare me like that as if that's gonna happen, my mom and my sis can handle the biggest problems that comes towards them". Ricky said those words but his mind was messed. He only said those words to assure himself that both his mom and his sister are waiting at his home and they are not in any kinds troubles. But his instinct told him otherwise, to assure his messed mind and heart he rushed towards his home.
Charles who was with him also ran with him, he also was worried for both of Ricky's sister and his mom.
When Ricky reach towards his home, his worse fear came true. He saw his house on fire and all those firefighters were putting down the fire. He saw police officers handling the panic crowd, he saw his Mom and his sister were taking out in stretcher. Theirs bodies were burn to third degree, they were hardly even to recognise. But he knew who they were, his caring mom and his loving spoiled sister that he thought was fine and ok from any harm.
"What's the situation there" asked a another officer from walkie talkie in head quarters
"Situation is handleable... but we got one survivor but she is not is condition to give a statement." said officer in a current site.
"Is that so..Come to the head quarters after this we are going to held a meeting for this incident... you got that" commanded the officer from the head quarters.
" Roger that" answer the officer.
Ricky who heard conversation of the both officer rush to the officer who was at current site. " Sir, What happened here..... what happened to the my sister and my mom" asked Ricky in panic.
" who let this kid in the site, kid this is Crime zone don't come here" said officer and gesture his colleague to take this child away.
"Officer please Listen me!!!! My name is Ricky Astor...And that women who is the ambulance is my mom Angela Addison, and the girl is my sister Stella Astor. Now please tell me what's happened here." Ricky shouted desperately while still being dragged by the another officer.
When he yelled the detective who was in charge heard him as commanded the officer who was dragging Ricky to let him go. And detective call Ricky to come towards him.
" Listen Son,.... let's us talk in police station as we need your statement and let's us do our job. I am not going to tell you anything because we are not confirmed yet about what was the cause of fire in your house but...what I truly think that you should go to the hospital as one of the victim was alive and she needs you now" said detective in worried tone.
" Okay, I will" said Ricky while still holding his tears back...
He rush towards the ambulance and said to doctor that his is one of her family and reminded to Charles to go home. But Charles on the other hand refuses to go, he insisted on Staying with him and wanted to carry his burden.
Ricky was happy to get a friend like him and they both went to the hospital together in a ambulance.
