While Alex is sleeping inside the church Leonard is still talking with Lisa and Sara.
Leonard:'' Just like I said if I were to discover that someone talked about the identity of the chosen one I will personally take care of it, humanity at the moment needs a chosen one, but he is too weak for the moment.''
Lisa:'' Don't worry sir, I will do anything in my power to not let anyone talk about this.''
Sara:'' You have the full support of the church, I have already talked with the leader, and he agrees with what you said.''
Leonard:''Perfect, now we just need to stay on the side and look at his growth.''
In the meanwhile, Alex is still sleeping on his bed but suddenly the door is opened and a young man, not much older the Alex, enters the room when he sees Alex, he gets back out to check if this is the right room and then he gets back inside.
Due to all the noise caused by the young man Alex wakes up, angered by the fact that he was woken up he looks around trying to find the culprit of such affront.
Alex sees the young man that caused all the noise, he is at least 2 meters high, with blonde hair and azure eyes, wearing a mix of metal and leather armor, with a child on his back and a sword on his side, his muscles are comparable to the Guild leader's ones, even though he is not tall as him, on his face, there is a smile showing all of his 32 teeth.
Man:''Finally I also got a companion, I have been alone for more than a year, my name is Gustav and just like you, I am a Traveler.'' He says while raising his hand for a shake.
Alex scrubs his eyes shakes his head, and then looks at Gustavm with a smile, when he saw how big Gustav is, all the previous thoughts of beating him disappeared.
Alex:'' Hi, my name is Alex, I just got here, It's pleasure to meet you.'' He says while shaking Gustav's hand.
Gustav:'' So? Have you already been to the church?'' He says while slowly beginning to remove his armor.
Alex:'' Yeah, it was surprising to receive the blessing.''
Gustav:'' You receive the blessing of a God and no hate? Lucky, I receive the blessing of the war and sword Gods but the hate of the God of research, he says that I am a meathead that only knows how to swing a sword, because of it studying magic is much harder for me.'' When he finished his speech all his armor is on the top of his bed.
In some places of the armor there is some dry blood, Gustav raises his hand and a white magic circle appears, lights appear on the zone of the blood and after few seconds it disappears.
Alex:'' What was that?''
Gustav:'' You have never seen Lifestyle magic? Oh right, you just got here, wait.''
Gustav then approaches the desk and begins to search inside the shelves of the desk for something.
Gustav:'' Here it is.'' He says while taking out 2 books.
He throws the book at Alex and begins to explain what they are.
Gustav:'' One of the books will help you level up your Common language skill high enough so that you can read the common language, while the other book contains all the basic magic that someone should know.''
Alex:'' Thank you.''
Gustav;'' No worries, the first book will be given to you during your first class, and the other one can be bought with few bronzes.''
Alex:'' Can you explain the monetary system?''
Gustav:'' It's pretty easy, there are four types of value, bronze, silver, gold, and platinum, one is silver is equal to 100 bronze, one gold is equal to 100 silver, and 1 platinum is equal to 10 gold, now if you excuse me I will go training outside until dinner time, and if you don't know it will happen at 19:30(7:30 p.m.) when the moons are about to appear.''
Alex:''Thank you.'' He says while bowing his head in respect.
When Gustav got out of the room, Alex immediately opens the book to improve his Common language, because he noticed that, just like the skill said, he could understand and speak the language, but he couldn't nor read it and neither write it.
The books are full of images and their respective traduction in words, it looks like the book that a teacher would use in an elementary school to teach words to kids and it actually is when Travelers gets in that world their knowledge and survival abilities are comparable in not even inferior to the ones of a kid.
The times go on and on, and Alex continues to study, engrossed in understanding this new world, as much as he might not want to say it, he actually loves to be here, the trill of magic and fantasy would interest everyone.
His studying session gets interrupted by the sound of someone knocking on the door.
Gustav:'' Alex it's me, you should hurry or you won't get dinner.''
Alex:' It's already 19:30? When did I begin studying the sun was still high in the sky.'
Alex:''Thanks Gustav, one second and I are out.''
He opens his staus and notices the appearance of a new skill and the upgrade of the common language skill.

Alex:' I should go eating and then read the book about magic.'
He gets down from his bed, puts both of the books down, leaving them on the bed, and then he gets out of the room, outside the room, Gustave is waiting for him.
Gustav:'' Let's go, it's already pretty late, got any level up in your Common Language skill?''
Alex:'' Yeah, it already reached level 9.''
Gustav:'' Ohh, that means that you receive the blessing of the God of research, good job.''

Alex:'' Good morning miss, I would like to eat my dinner.'' He said with a respectful tone.
Having been raised by an Italian mother and an Italian Grandmother, made him so that whenever he sees someone older than him unless the one is treating him badly, he should always treat old people with respect, also because old people are the scariest ones.
Woman:'' Oh dear, wait here, I will go get your dinner.'' She says with a sweet tone.
She gets on the back are of the kitchen to get the dinner, after few seconds she gets out with a plate with a steak, some mashed potatoes, and barbecued corn.
Woman:'' Here you go sweaty, you have to eat a lot, if you want to get strong.'' She says with a smile and ruffling his hair.
Alex:'' Thank you very much.'' He says with a small bow.
When she touched his head, he felt the same heat that someone feels when a mother touches her son.
He then looks at the tables available, most of them were occupied by more than 5 people, and Alex being the introvert he is, chooses to sit with the loner girl.
When he sits down, he ignores the girl and instead begins to eat his food with the wooden fork and knife that are on the table.
The juice of the meat has mixed with the mashed potatoes, creating perfect texture to it, and the corn has been grilled to the perfect point, not for too long, not for few seconds, perfect.
While he is eating, he doesn't see the girl in front of him, she is constantly watching at him, trying to understand why would someone sit with her.
The others also notice the antics of Alex and stop joking.
After few seconds silence fell in the eating area, and when Alex notices the silence he also stops eating, only now realizing that everyone is staring at him.
He looks at the girl, noticing her strange stare at him.
Alex:''Did I do something wrong?'' He whispers at her.
Before she could respond a group of three guys the same age as Alex neared the table and blocked their speech by punching the wooden table.
Man:'' You must be a newbie, so you don't know who she is.'' He says with a mocking tone
The other 2 behind him laugh, thinking that the words of the idiot in front of them are a joke.
Alex:'' Yeah I am, and?''
Man:'' She is a useless one, with no blessing, so before you get her curse you should sit with us the blessed ones.''
Alex:'Oh no, even here there are bullies and idiots.'
Alex:'' No thanks, I don't want to get blessed by the God of stupidity.'' He says while continuing to eat his food.
The girl uses all of her willpower to not laugh in the face of the man
Man:'' How dare you, do you know who I am.''
Alex:'' Yes I do, you are the famous God of stupidity.''
The man got even angrier, he was ready to punch Alex, and in the truth, Alex knows he has no chance unless he plays dirty, but he won't let anyone get his feet on him, not in this world.
Before the man could even raise his hand, a wooden spoon hits him in the back of his head, the same thing happens to the 2 idiots behind him.
Behind the three, there is the scariest being on this whole planet, in not even the whole multiverse.
An angry grandma, with an infinite number of wooden spoons on her.
Woman:'' My dear Dom, you shouldn't bully new Travelers, the same goes for the other 2, or would you prefer to work in the kitchen for the rest of the year?'' She says with a threatening smile and a spoon on hand.
Dom:''N-N-No, Miss. Aubrey, w-we were just joking, right?''
Alex:'' Noop we weren't.''
Aubrey:'' Thanks for the report, I will personally decide their punishment.''
Dom:'' YOU MONSTER.'' He says looking at me.
He was then pulled by the ear inside the kitchen while the other 2 are obliged to follow him.
Alex looks back at the girl, she has a small smile on her face.
Alex:'' Before you get the wrong idea, I didn't do it for you, I just don't like idiots, but if you want to be my friend it will be my pleasure to be your friend, my name is Alex.''
Girl:'' Still, thank you for giving Dom what he deserved, and regarding the friend part, I would love to become your friend, my name is Rias, it's a pleasure to meet you, Alex.''
